Within the framework of the state’s economic and social development plan, and in accordance with the social housing program, the Egyptian Ministry of housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has submitted “Governorates’ Capitals Development project “with the aim of providing adequate housing for low-income citizens.
Mansoura city, Dakahlia Governorate was One of the most prominent governorates in which the project was implemented in, the project includes of 16 towers with total of 1680 unit over area of total 15 thousand square km.
The social housing program provides housing units with a distinct architectural character and a good level of finishing housing units for low-income people, and for young people.
