The Urban Development Fund worked swiftly to find a solution to the issue of housing in Egypt by launching the ‘All Egyptians’ Housing’ project. This initiative involved bringing BJCO Company on board to design and construct buildings, as well as supply materials and finishes for the individual buildings. The designated site was initially a desert landscape that needed to be transformed into luxurious homes.
